  Daily Habits For A Balanced Life So I used to think that a balanced life was absolutely boring. I liked being extreme because I liked challenging myself, right? But I never understood why I never could keep up with it. And now, I finally realized that it’s a much bigger challenge to work out consistently 3 or 4 times a week for months and months, then working out every single day for 3 weeks and then quitting completely. So in the long term, it’s always better to choose for long-term consistency rather than short-term sprints. It’s not only more productive this way, but also healthier. This realization really opened my eyes and since then, I have decided to embrace and celebrate a balanced life from now on and introduce way more of it into my life.
